P-Shot

The P-Shot® is a simple procedure administered by a doctor or nurse practitioner with specialized training in this technique. This procedure takes advantage of the regenerative potential found in your own body. Platelet-rich Plasma (PRP) stimulates healing and rejuvenation, resulting in tissue growth, new blood vessel formation and improved circulation.  PRP works by drawing on your own blood and using an FDA approved technique to concentrate blood platelets and blood serum. The concentrated PRP is then injected into the target tissue, delivering a high concentration of growth factors.

Within 3-6 weeks after a P-Shot® injection, men are experiencing increased sensation, increased ability to have and sustain an erection and even a modest increase in size of their organ.

  • Improvement in sexual desire.
  • Heightened pleasure and sensation.
  • Enhanced sexual performance.
  • A healthier penis due to improved circulation.

Frequently asked questions

Q:  How long after the procedure can I resume sexual activity?

A:  You can resume sexual activity in 24-48 hours.

Q:  How long do the results last?

A:  P-shot® results may last up to a year.

Q:  What are the side effects?

A:  PRP is made from your own blood, so there are little or no known side-effects to the P-Shot®. Occasionally, there could be some redness or swelling at the site of the penis injection, but that discomfort will go away in a day or so.

Q:  Is the procedure painful?

A:  Before the actual shot is given, a cream anesthetic is used so the P-Shot® treatment is received with little or no discomfort.

Q:  What else can be used with the PRP shot if I am interested in increased penis size?

A.  Our recommendation is the concurrent daily use of a penis pump.  This is supplied to patients during their appointment and is included in the cost of the procedure.
